Solanus Mission Beach Access and Environmental Enhancements

The project includes but is not necessarily limited to, soil erosion and sedimentation control measures; demolition and removal of pavements, finish grading, topsoil stripping and stockpiling; and installation of boardwalk, pedestrian paving; lawn work, plantings and site restoration. Bid security, Performance and Labor and Material Bonds are required. Each representative shall inspect the site and become familiar with existing conditions and limitations of the site and construction, means of access to the site and to work areas, relationship of existing and new work, and other conditions which might affect the proper performance and completion of the work. No allowance will be made after opening of Bids for errors through failure to properly estimate the effect of the existing conditions and limitations on the scope and/or cost of the work.
