Description

Provide HVAC/Heating Preventative Maintenance/Modification and on-call/24 - Hour Emergency Repair Services to all of Eastern Region Tunnel and Moveable Bridge Operations in the Hampton Roads District. Equipment covered under this contract will include air conditioning (HVAC), heating, ventilation and other associated equipment. Typical facilities consist of, but are not limited to, tunnel ventilation bu ildings, office buildings, garages, etc. Contractor will provide services at the George P. Coleman Bridge, Gloucester, Virginia; James River Bridge, Newport News, Virginia; Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge Tunnel, Suffolk/Newport News, Virginia; Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, Hampton/Norfolk, Virginia; I-564 Tunnel, Norfolk, Virginia; including all associated buildings/locations for each area.
