All bids shall be on the bid forms included in the project specifications. The District would like the project to start as soon as possible and plans for the project to be completed by December 1, 2022 or to be negotiated between district and contractor. To bid on this Project, the bidder is required to be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations and possess one or more of the following State of California Contractor Licenses: A and/or B. The bidder's registration and license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. This is a prevailing wage project. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularities in bids received. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for sixty (60) days after the date of the bid opening
