The owner states that the project is currently unde3r CEQA comment period and no funding has been secured for the right-of-way/construction phases. Scope of work will include alternative designs, Right-of-Way plan, and final design bid package for the Santa Venetia Levee Upgrade Project to bring the project to shovel-ready status. Question Submittal Date: 05/18/22 Firms requesting clarification pertaining to this RFQ/RFP shall submit all requests to Felix Meneau at: fmeneau@marincounty.org or (415) 473-3223. The District will respond to questions and provide answers to all bidders. Questions must be submitted no later than Wednesday May 18, 2022, by 4:30 p.m. We will post answers to the extent possible by Tuesday, May 24, 2022. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all SOQs received as a result of this request, to negotiate with any qualified Consultant, or to modify or cancel in part or in its entirety the RFQ/P if it is in the best interests of the District to do so.
