Municipal Services Building BP 5-General Trades

The project is a significant restoration and remodel of a former insurance call center building in excess of 90,000 square feet. Work consists of reconfiguring the building for City of Mishawaka municipal offices that will include City Hall, Police, and the Mishawaka Utilities Business Office. Work elements include but are not limited to: Exterior window replacement, new roofing, new natural gas HVAC system, new canopies, extensive new electrical, low voltage, plumbing, flooring, masonry construction and staining, restrooms, kitchen, drywall, carpentry, cabinetry, and painting.
