| Description | The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide maintenance, all operation, and analysis activities required to operate and maintain the Briarwood Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Denton County, reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals as it shall deem to be in the best interest of Denton County. Receipt of any proposal shall under no circumstances obligate Denton County to accept the lowest proposal The effective date shall be November 13, 2023. The initial term of the contract shall be from the effective date until September 30, 2024, with an option to renew for four (4) additional one-year terms at the discretion of Denton County Commissioners Court.
