Harbor House Roof Replacement

This project has been awarded to Axiom Division 7 and Topside Roofing and Siding. ** The scope of the project entails demolition and replacement of steep slope roofing with asphalt shingles. Other work includes new flashings and other miscellaneous roofing work as indicated in the Contract Documents. Bid security: A certified or bank cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, payable to the Anacortes Housing Authority, or bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid. Rejection of Bids: The Housing Authority shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
