Parklane Pool and Bathhouse Improvements

The Proposed Construction will consist of demolition of the existing bath house and small wading pool and the construction of a new bath house and new splash pad. The new bath house will be an approximately 2,500 square foot building which may utilize a portion of the existing smaller bath house basement. We also understand connection will include minor site grading and exterior concrete replacement. Foundation loads for the new bath house will likely be light, typical for this type of construction. The base bid work under this project includes: Demolition of the existing bathhouse. Demolition of the existing wading pool. Demolition of any other items per contract drawings. Construction of a new bathhouse. Construction of a new splash pad area. Construction of any other items per contract drawings. Any other work required to complete the base work per contract drawings.
