Stockton Channel Viaduct Bridge Rehabilitation The Project is located on Route 5 in the City of Stockton, in San Joaquin County from PM 26.1 to 27.6. The project will reconstruct the northbound (NB) and southbound (SB) Stockton Channel Viaduct bridges (SCV) and Park Street Undercrossing, existing bridge number (Br. No.) 29-0176L/R and 29-0202S. The project will install retaining walls and an updated Traffic Operational System (TOS) elements and various complete streets features along Freemont St. and North Pershing Ave. The estimated cost of this CMGC Project (in 2021 US dollars) is $482,000,000 for construction capital and $10,000,000 for Right of Way capital (including utility relocation).
