State Project Number TZ-90677 MnDOT Hawley Truck Station Campus Project. Construction of new Unheated Storage Building No. 90685. 4.) Construction of new Salt Shelter No. 20616. 5.) Construction of new Storage Shelter Bins No. 90686. 6.) Installation of new site utilities. 7.) Bituminous paving. 8.) Class V laydown area. 9.) Installation of site fencing and gate. 10.) Solar array. 11.) Turf and vegetation establishment. Site Directions: Michael Street South at Cretex Street, Hawley, MN 56549 Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor (not as a subcontractor) the work for at least THREE contracts which have achieved - Substantial Completion since January 1, 2018 for construction of commercial projects. - Each of these contracts must have had a construction value of $3,000,000 or greater. OR In lieu of Responding company's projects, Responder may provide on the form below up to THREE qualified projects completed by the Project Manager while employed by others which have achieved - Substantial Completion since January 1, 2018 for construction of commercial projects. - Each of these contracts must have had a construction value of $3,000,000 or greater.
