The scope of work consists of removal and replacement of approximately 4,015 SF of roofing systems, inclusive of existing main and lower roofs originally constructed with aggregate-surfaced roofing, and existing roofing above existing stair tower of modified bitumen. Removal and replacement includes associated roof insulation and flashing, as well as optional bid items for coping, skylight, access hatch, roof edges and drainage systems.
