FY 22 Flooring Replacement

Project 22-3: Horizon Hallways Main Level Horizon Middle School Main Level Hallways: Project involves removal and installation of flooring by flooring Contractor. The Flooring Contractor will need to “gray/prep” the floor to insure adhesion. Installation of the new flooring by Flooring Contractor. New flooring consists of: Centiva LVT: • Style – Striate • Color – Roma (2107) • Number – ESA 2107 RK • Size – 12”x36” Wall Base: • Caulking the LVT to the GMU walls • Resilient Wall Base (Johnsonite Cove-Style, color to match Alternate Project 22-4: Horizon Hallways Upper Level Horizon Middle School Upper Level Hallways: Project involves removal and installation of flooring by flooring Contractor.
