Adaptive and Inclusive Offices at the Sportsplex

The base bid work will include but not limited to selective demolition, HVAC and electrical, etc. The work requires the contractor to furnish all labor and material to create two Private offices and an open office area, replace carpet, base, ACT, paint and add electrical and data outlets, add supply and return air to private office with its own thermostat, and add light switches where designated on plans. This project also requires the contractor to cut into an existing GWB wall to add an access door to the Mezzanine area located at the top of the stairs.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
