Chickasha Public Schools - Stadium Improvements

For bids in excess of $50,000.00, a Cashiers Check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. No Bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids for a period of at least thirty (30) days. The intent of the following BID PACKAGE SUMMARIES is to describe the SCOPE OF WORK to be included in the Bid for each bid package item. Bids shall include the BIDDING REQUIREMENTS AND DIVISION 1 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS. Bids shall include all the requirements of the specification section listed unless specifically excluded below. Additionally, Bidders shall include in their pricing applicable portions of related specification sections normally associated with the work to be done whether specifically indicated by the BID PACKAGE SUMMARY or not. If any Bidder is unclear as to the SCOPE OF WORK required, he/she should contact the Construction Manager prior to Bidding. The term Provide shall include all labor, material and equipment complete.
