Midwest School Roof Replacement

Site Directions: 256 Lewis St., Midwest WY 82643 Est. Completion Date: Aug. 22, 2023 Reroof all roof decks at the Midwest School located at 256 Lewis St., Midwest WY 82643. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work includes removal of the existing low slope single-ply membrane with replacement of new single-ply membrane, cover board and tapered insulation as indicated on the drawings. Construction of new perimeter parapet wall on some roof sections and potential HVAC duct removal and replacement. Requests to use "Alternate, or Equal Products" other than those specified in the contract documents are due no later than 1:00 pm, November 9, 2022. Bidders and sub-bidders must submit via email directly to Tim Jager at Arete Design Group, LLC at TimJ@aretedesign.group, with a copy to Doug Tunison at douglas5594@myncsd.org. all manufacturer's specifications, descriptive literature, finishes and fabrics available, and any other pertinent information requested, for product approval will not be accepted. Addenda regarding any of the above will be provided to all who are known by the issuing office to have received a complete set of procurement documents not later than November 10, 2022. Bidders and sub-bidders having questions, requiring clarification, interpretation or any RFIs (Request for Information) regarding the procurement documents shall make a written request via email to Tim Jager at Arete Design Group LLC at TimJ@AreteDesign.Group, with a copy to Doug Tunison at douglas5594@myncsd.org. Interpretations, corrections, and changes of the contract documents shall be made by Addendum 10 November 2022 ACCESS TO PROJECT SITE Before submitting a bid, the prime bidder must attend the pre-bid conference (If Mandatory) to visit the site and thoroughly familiarize themselves with the conditions affecting the work. No extra payments will be allowed on account of extra work made necessary by failure to do so. Site visits for field measurements may take place between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Access at times other than those noted above is strictly prohibited. Please contact the school office, at the telephone number listed below, at least 24 hours in advance, to inform them of the proposed date and time of your visit.
