| Description | It is the intent of Charlotte County to secure the services of a Contractor capable of performing specialty mowing and landscape maintenance of roadway right-of-way (ROW), easements, drainage facilities, medians, tree- scaped streets/sidewalks, and County-owned vacant lots, as described within the bid specifications. There are no local license(s) required to perform these services. However, certain required services within the scope of work, such as irrigation work, tree and palm pruning, pest management/weed control/plant health care, and tree and plant replacement, will require licensed Contractors to perform the work.
