Description

The work to be performed under this labor agreement by the contractor will involve installation of new and used HVAC parts and components, electronic equipment, metering devices, sensors, and devices to include, but not limited to thermostats, temperature sensors, pressure sensors, terminal equipment controllers, flow monitoring stations, DDC controls devices, DX Freon based systems, water meters, electric meters, and fume hood controls. It will also include field surveys of existing HVAC systems, BAS upgrades, meter installations or replacement, expansion, programming, troubleshooting and repair work. Additional work could include routine air and water balancing. All work will be performed on the Texas A&M campuses located in College Station and Bryan, TX.
