Bennett Spring Fish Hatchery - Hatchery Renovation

The Project includes constructing the Work broadly described below, in accordance with the Contract Documents, with all related appurtenances. Work shown on the Drawings, or indicated in the Specifications, or indicated elsewhere in the Contract Documents is part of the Work, regardless of whether indicated below. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Demolition of select existing structures within the facility footprint 2. Site improvements including drainage upgrades and floodwalls 3. Construction of a new Spring Branch water intake with associated traveling screen 4. Instrumentation Upgrades 5. Construction of new concrete raceway series for fish rearing 6. Improvements to existing raceways including mud valve enhancements and the addition of disc filters 7. Improvements to the existing hatchery building to add UV and water chilling 8. Addition of bulk liquid oxygen and distribution 9. New standby generator 10. Existing building improvements 11. Construction of a new shop building 12.
