Well Surveys and Groundwater Sampling

Contract is being solicited for the Southampton Armory, Pennsylvania Army National Guard, Philadelphia PA. and will cover the requirements for the well surveys, groundwater sampling, and reporting to allow closure of the site under Pennsylvania Act 2 guidance. The source of possible contamination was an underground leaking fuel oil line. No well installation is required. Well surveys, water sampling and associated analysis of 8 existing wells and preparation of quarterly and final reports and documentation are part of this contract. The scope of work identifies the expected work tasks. 1)All Vendors shall supply two examples of successfully obtaining Act 2 style remedial closure. 2)Vendors shall specify the choice of laboratory
