Soccer Complex 2022

The work includes earthwork, concrete, fencing, site utilities, electrical and other appurtenances associated with the construction of the Soccer Complex. The University will contract separately for bleachers and other appurtenances that are identified in the contract documents, which will require Contractor coordination. The University is separately bidding two projects (Field Hockey Complex and Softball Complex) to be completed in the areas adjacent to the Soccer Complex. The Soccer Complex Contractor will be required to coordinate with the Contractors of the other projects as necessary to allow all three projects to be successfully completed.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Earth Moving.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utilities.
