| Description | The Heritage Park 1 and Rivergate Boat Slips (Docks) will consist of a system of fixed and floating gangway/landing/dock components located entirely outside of the Federal Navigation Channel. Location: Both projects are located along the east bank of the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland’s Flats. Heritage Park 1 is located at the northeast corner of Center Street and Merwin Avenue adjacent to the river immediately north of the Center Street Bridge. Rivergate Park is located along the river north of the Columbus Road and Merwin Avenue (1785 Merwin Avenue, Cleveland 44113). |
