| Description | The Public Works Facilities Management Division, in partnership with the Tacoma Fire Department (TFD) is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from highly qualified firms interested in providing architectural and engineering consulting services to develop a Facilities Master Plan to determine the improvement requirements for TFD’s fire stations and support facilities. The consultant team will identify the opportunities and limitations at each facility; providing assessment findings, programmatic requirements, conceptual improvement plans, and cost/timeline projections for recommended improvements. |
