Furnish and Install Commercial Steel Garage (48' X 21')

The Contractor shall furnish and install a commercial steel garage at the Public Works Complex for Streets & Stormwater located at 325 E. Pine Street, Tarpon Springs, FL. The garage is to be installed on existing asphalt base, free of any obstruction and construction ready. The commercial steel garage will be 48' x 21' overall size, 24’ x 21’ vertical roof center section, 12’ leg height, step down enclosed horizontally with both internal sides enclosed horizontally on the center section, 12’ x 21’ vertical roof lean to (1 on each side), 8’ leg height, both outer sides and both ends enclosed horizontally on the 2 outer sections with 9’ x 7' roll up garage doors on each, with 24"x36" white grid windows to the outside of each outer section. Frame to be 14 gauge with 29 gauge sheeting certified minnimum170 MHP wind code; 2' braces on every truss to side leg; 20 year rust through warranty on framing; 20 year rust through warranty on sheet metal; 1 year workmanship guarantee; Lifetime certification guarantee. Bid to include all anchoring and bracing, engineered stamped blueprints as well as delivery and installation. Building must meet Florida Code. The work does not include plumbing, HVAC or electrical work.
