Job Location: 39-45, 51-53, 77-79 Spring Rd, 03-09 Emerald Rd Scope - Remove and reinstall existing windows with new wall flashing, interior and exterior trim A. The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Removing and salvaging existing windows. 2. Removing and disposing existing exterior and interior window trim and miscellaneous wood blocking. 3. Installing new wood blocking, fabric and metal flashings at window openings. 4. Re-installing existing windows with new interior and exterior window trim. 5. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 6. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 7. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: Refer to Specifications.
