2023 Summer Roofing Replacement Projects

Deadline for Questions/Request for Interpretations from Offerors NOVEMBER 9 at 12:00pm To facilitate this requirement and for ease of record keeping and uniformity of required project badges, Owner has arranged for this background screening and drug testing to be coordinated through Field Control Analytics (FCA) formerly FCBackground, customer.support@fieldca.com, (833) 227-0637, or Melanie Laird, mzlaird@fieldca.com (214) 755.3882 or Michelle Welch, mwelch@fieldca.com, (469) 525- 3911. Subcontractor shall coordinate screening and testing of their employees prior to mobilizing the project. The estimated cost is $74.50 per person per twelve-month period. The cost for this background screening and drug testing shall be included within the bidder's bid proposal. Each subcontractor will also be charged a one-time $50.00 account setup fee. Addendum Issued with Responses to Offeror Questions/Request for Interpretations (if applicable) NOVEMBER 10, 2022 SCOPE OF WORK: The project consists of full to partial roof replacement which include the replacement of coping, metal flashings, vent stacks, all miscellaneous metal, raise equipment as necessary and can be completed during summer dates as set forth in this document. Proposer to provide one (1) digital copy and two (2) hard copies of the proposal in the bid package. Continuing November 2nd if necessary, as determined after final walk on the November 1st. walks will begin at 7:30 and then moving to the next list of campus as determined while on site. In the event of inclement weather, the pre-proposal meeting will be held at the Facilities Management 2nd Floor Conference Room located in the MISD Service Center at 800 E. Kearney Street, Mesquite, Texas 75149.
