Description

1. All labor, materials and traffic control to complete the Project, including removing a portion of the median island at Union Blvd and the eastbound on ramp to 6th Avenue. 2. A CDOT permit has been acquired for this work. See attached. The contractor shall prepare and submit for approval the method of handling traffic plan for CDOT and Lakewood approval. 3. All work shall be completed to CDOT 2019 specifications and 2019 M Standards. 4. New curb, gutter, asphalt, patterned concrete and any other work required to complete installation. 5. Coordinate with the City’s Transportation Engineering Division to relocate the traffic boxes as noted in the plans. 6. The contractor shall coordinate with the Project engineer to define the start date. Work shall be completed prior to July 20, 2020. 7. Time required for completion shall be eight (8) working days from start of removal to completion of installation. Relocation and splicing by Xcel will not be included in this time commitment. 8. Erosion control-lump sum shall include all items required to contain sediment within the job site area including 35 LF of erosion logs and a concrete washout as needed.
