Description

North Carolina State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for improvements to Poe Hall Telecom Room 110, located at 2310 Katharine Stinson Drive, Raleigh, NC 27607 on North Campus. The project scope includes renovating the Telecom Room in Poe Hall to provide electrical, HVAC, and fire protection. The project will allow for the future consolidation of telecom equipment within the building. To qualify, the contractor must have a general contractor's license in the State of North Carolina as well as applicable bonding requirements. The contractor must show comparable work experience, both in complexity and dollar value and preferably in a university campus environment, to the scope of work outlined above. The SCO Prequalification Package has been updated recently. Please use the project-specific form provided by NC State by the link below. Submissions on any other form will be considered non-responsive.
