Description

The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: excavation, transportation, and landfill disposal of approximately 3,000 tons of petroleum contaminated soils from a leaking underground storage tank; Pre and Post Work Surveys; the removal and disposal/recycling of 4,500 square feet of asphalt; hazardous materials abatement; the demolition, transportation and disposal of a garage (including slab/footings); the removal and disposal/recycling of one 4,000 gallon Underground Storage Tank; dewatering, transportation, and disposal of approximately 40,000 gallons of petroleum impacted groundwater. The Work will include placement and compaction of approximately 3,000 tons of Class II Sand, the placement and compaction of approximately 300 tons 22a gravel, and placement and compaction of 5,200 square feet 4-inch thick asphalt (2” base coat, 2” wear coat)
