Description

(1): Job J5I3455 Route I-70 EB CALLAWAY County. Pavement repair on I-70 from west of the A/Z interchange to the Montgomery County line, the total length of improvement being 10.185 miles. Range: 1M to 2.5M Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Cashier's Check, Drawn on Any Bank or Trust Company and Payable to "Director of Revenue, Credit State Road Fund", or Bidders May Submit a Bid Bond for Each Project Bid or an Annual Bid Bond That Would Cover All Projects Bid for a Twelve Month Beginning July 1 and Ending June 30 of Each Missouri State Fiscal Year. Annual Bid Bond Forms Must Be Submitted by June 15 of Each Year. Bid bonds must be Submitted on a form furnished by the commission, executed by the bidder and corporate surety, and naming the "State of missouri, acting by and Through the missouri highways and transportation commission", as obligee) for an amount (or penal sum) equal to 5% or more of the bid, Which check or bond shall be deposited with the commission as a guaranty and forfeited in the event the bidder is found to be the successful bidder and fails to comply with the terms of the request for bid. This is a summary report of the Transportation Management Plan (TMP) for MoDOT Project Number J5I3455 on Interstate 70 EB in Callaway County. The objective of this project is to perform pavement repair and diamond grinding of the eastbound pavement. This project is considered "significant" since part of it is on a multilane divided highway with lane closures. The TMP for this project consists of a Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) plan, a Transportation Operations (TO) component, and a Public Information (PI) component.
