Site work, paving and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility. The project is located on 2 acres. Scope details have not been released. As of June 17, 2022 the project is in planning stage and seeking rezoning approval from the Raleigh City Council. A meeting is scheduled for June 21, 2022. Information regarding the architect, general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed. The construction timeline has not been determined, but is not expected to begin before the spring of 2023.
