BOMUD Water Plant No. 1 MCC Replacement

This project includes the construction of now concrete masonry building and the replacement of the existing MCC and ATS. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract price from a surety company licensed by the State of Texas Bidders are expected to be fully informed of construction and labor conditions under which the work will be performed, and to have thoroughly reviewed the plans, contract documents and specifications. Failure to do so will not relieve a successful bidder of any obligation to furnish material and labor necessary to complete the project.
