| Description | This is a three-prime project. 69th st terminal hvac & mfl gc the scope of work includes the construction related services while the mfl platform canopies are brought to a state of good repair inclusive of the following: the replacement of the existing roofing system, repair of damaged deck, repainting of the structure and installation of a permanent fall protection system. The scope of work also includes the 69th st terminal hvac improvements are made, inclusive of the following: installation of mini split air conditioning units in west terminal, replacement of air handling units in mezzanine area, removal of existing steam boilers and associated accessories in terminal basement, replacement of existing hot and chilled water pumps in terminal basement, replacement of existing hvac units on main terminal roof and replacement existing hydronic unit heaters in mfl terminal. |
