Roof Repairs

To provide for the repair of roofs and appurtenances such as but not limited to drainage, drain fittings, gutters and leaders, caulking, metal and composite flashing, expansion joints, deck and roof drains, waterproofing membranes, pitch and sealant, sheathing and substrate materials and insulation associated with roofing, roof hatch units and fire/smoke hatches, curbs, adjacent vinyl and aluminum siding necessary for waterproofing, adjacent masonry or concrete necessary for waterproofing and splash blocks, as well as any other incidental material necessary to maintain waterproof conditions or to repair the roofs to their original condition or to modify the roofs for the College’s needs or to provide a leak free condition.
