The City of Abbeville, SC, is soliciting from qualified firms sealed proposals for the design, site preparation, grading and construction for a public restroom facility located in the Wilson Hill Park. The facility should be designed as one building with two (2) individual restrooms to complement the existing design of the nearby picnic shelter. The proposal should include a total cost for one ADA compliant stall in each restroom and a separate optional proposed cost for two stalls in each restroom with at least one ADA compliant stall.
