Description | The project will consist of selective demolition, replacement of materials, partitions, ceilings, flooring. Doors and hardware, painting, new air conditioning, new generator, new light fixtures, new power and data distribution and receptacles for furniture layout, miscellaneous equipment, fire alarm upgrades and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. project site at 420 Electronics Parkway, Liverpool, NY. The Maintenance Building is comprised ofthree connected buildings, for a total of 10,137 SF. An extension of the building will be added to accommodate a longer vehicle and will include new footing and foundation, new slab extension, new walls, overhead door, and roof. Questions or inquiries should be submitted no later than January 19, 2023 and be directed in writing to the Div. of Purchase, Bernard Mahoney, bernardmahoney@ongov.net . Bidders are informed that this project is being progressed by the Onondaga County Dept. of Facilities Management. This project will be subject to NYS prevailing wage. Contractor to provide the following: MWBE Utilization plan, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Policy Statement, Workforce Employment Utilization Report, Apprenticeship Program, and Minority and Women Business Enterprise Utilization Goals: MBE Utilization Goal of 18% and WBE Utilization Goal of 12%. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security Deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid security must be in the form of a bid bond or certified/ bank check, made payable to The County of Onondaga. Bids with inadequate bid security will be declared informal. Bidder shall be prepared to furnish a Performance Bond for 100% of the Contract amount. The Owner reserves the right to waive any bid informalities or to reject any or all bids. The Administration Building consists of the first floor (15,125 SF) and basement level (10,652 SF).
