Southern Yellow Pine Poles

MLGW is accepting bids for thirty-six months contract for Southern Yellow Pine Poles of various sizes. MLGW reserves the right to award in whole or in part. If you choose to bring additional supporting documentation to MLGW, please allow 30 minutes prior to 4:00 PM CDT/CST for MLGW security clearance and delivery of the supporting documents to the office of the Supervisor of Purchasing, 220 South Main Street, Room 316, Memphis, Tennessee 38103, P.O. Box 430, Memphis, TN 38101-0430. The official time of receipt of the supporting documentation will be established in the Purchasing Department and not at the main floor security desk. Bidders must perform a commercially useful function in the performance of the agreement. Proposals shall be under the appropriate MLGW Bid (RFQ) Requirement Sheet via iSupplier Portal. Any protest must be filed in writing with the Manager of Procurement, Contracts and Supplier Diversity by 5:00 PM CDT/CST within five (5) business days of the notification of intent to award or nonaward date. Protest may also be submitted electronically on company letterhead to the Manager of Procurement, Contracts and Supplier Diversity by 5:00 PM CDT/CST at rorsby@mlgw.org.
