1755 Meridian Avenue Roof Replacement

**As of March 13, 2023 project was awarded to JAdvancedRoofing, Inc., awarded amount is $488,427.50**  The 1755 Meridian Multipurpose Facility (Garage and Offices) is located at 1755 Meridian Avenue, Miami Beach, FL. This City facility was built in 2009. The existing roof is in poor condition and requires replacement. Bids shall include all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and mobilization. The project manager must approve any change order prior to beginning work. The Contractor will be responsible for all permits and shall maintain the site free of debris and trash daily. Cut and remove all existing roofing material down to the concrete deck. Remove only as much roofing in one working day that can be replaced. Water cut off to be installed at the end of each working day to ensure a watertight condition. Remove all roofing debris and haul it to the local dump site or landfill. Broom clean the entire roof. Remove all dust and dirt and thoroughly clean with an air blower Question Deadline 09/16/2022 at 10:00 AM ET Questions will be allowed up to 10 days before the initial deadline for submittal of Bids.
