Description | Snohomish County Public Works proposes to overlay 164th Street from Ash Way to Spruce Way. Along with the overly the ramps at each intersection will be evaluated for conformance to current ADA guidelines and Push Button upgrades. The existing roadway consists of five travel lanes with additional turn lanes at some intersections.Estimated start date: September 1, 2022 and end date December 31, 2023. Scope and Nature of the project: The Department of Public Works seeks to hire a consulting team to develop Plans, Specifications and Estimates for an overlay project on 164th Street from Ash Way to Spruce Way. The following major items of work are anticipated: General Project Management QA/QC Meeting Coordination Project History and Design Documentation Storm Drainage BMP Alternatives Technical Memo 60% Design 90% Design 100% Final Design Submission Hydraulic Analysis and Drainage Report Environmental Permitting Documentation Support The County reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm(s) for any subsequent phases (R/W, CN) associated with this/these project(s).
