Description

Provide regularly scheduled services to include: 1. Steam clean/wash the exhaust system (including blowers on the roof, flue systems, ducts, and any duct work up to the fans, plenum behind the hood access panels, filters, and hoods), 2. Conduct a mechanical check of blowers. 3. Provide certification stickers for all hoods, and 4. Clean-up of the areas affected by steam cleaning/washing, including but not limited to the roof area.
