P--Demolish 29 Buildings, 6 Pier Locations, 4 Catapult Sites, and 1 Storage Tank. in Addition, the Removal and Proper Disposal of Hazardous Materials Found in Buildings via a Hazardous Material Survey

Project is to demolish 29 buildings/structures with an approximate total square footage of 54,891 SF to include 6 pier locations, 4 catapult sites, and 1 storage tank with a 100,000-gallon capacity throughout the Naval Air Station Patuxent River. The contactor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, tools, expertise, and disposal means needed to execute this scope of work. The contractor shall demolish all facilities and their associated utilities, infrastructure, roofing, siding, foundations, windows, interior improvements, mechanical and electrical equipment, and any other aspects of the building. If any facility, when demolished, leaves any grade that is below that of the grade surrounding the area of the demolished building, that area is to be backfilled with earth to make the site uniform and level, and shall be able to drain in wet weather.
