Walkway Canopy Project

Principal items of construction are as follows: Provide labor, materials, tools, and other necessary items required for the construction of walkway canopies throughout the school district. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid will be required with the proposal. Bidder shall also submit a current financial statement if requested by the Owner. Attorneys-in-fact who signed required bonds must file with each bond a certified and effective dated copy of their power of attorney. Bid proposals shall be submitted in duplicate, sealed and deposited with the Lamar County School District prior to the hour and date above designated. Each bidder shall write his Certificate of Responsibility number and Mississippi License number on the outside of the sealed envelope containing his proposal. The Lamar County School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the District, and to waive informalities.
