Professional Engineering Services

Creating design intent documents to implement the designated quadrant of the City’s 5-Year Northwest Neighborhood Sidewalk and Street Tree Improvement Plan. Additionally, these services may include, but are not limited to, performing any or all of the following tasks related to the construction, improvement or maintenance of water, sewer, stormwater, roads, sidewalks, and other types of public infrastructure, and such public facilities as parks and buildings. 1. Feasibility analysis 2. Cost estimating 3. Funding research 4. Preparation of grant/loan applications 5. Design, including site design 6. Permitting 7. Contract and construction management 8. Inspections 9. Testing 10. Other similar civil engineering work 11. Reviewing land development applications and their associated documents to ensure compliance with the City’s Land Development Code. 12. Meeting with elected officials and City staff 13. Providing (using company staff or qualified subcontractors) land use planning, surveying, geological and/or geo-technical services. 14. Advising elected officials and City staff on such matters as may materially affect the City’s physical infrastructure and public assets (such as roads, drainage systems, park facilities, etc.).
