Multiple New Construction Residential Properties

REQUEST FOR BIDS Neighborworks® Columbus will be accepting BIDS for new construction on multiple single family residential properties in Muscogee County. THE CURRENT BID IS FOR A SINGLE FAMILY HOME THAT IS APPROXIMATELY 1100 - 1200 SQUARE FEET. The Bid Package will be made available to those who call to request it. You may request a Bid Package be e-mailed to you by calling 706-221-8473 until 11:00 AM, on Tuesday 05/09/23. Bids will be registered and opened at 11:00 AM on Tuesday 05/16/23. You are not required to be present, but may, if you wish. Copies of the following documentation must be submitted with your bid. Failure may nullify your bid: -Itemized Bid Quote Sheet - Current Business License -State License -Firm/Employee must be Certified General Contractor -Certificate of Qualifications - Proof of Workman's Comprehensive Insurance -Comprehensive General Liability Insurance -Personal Injury: $1,000,000 per person; $1,000,000 each occurrence -Property Damage $300,000 each occurrence -Comprehensive Automobile Insurance - Bodily Injury: $300,000 per person/incident -Property Damage: $300,000 each occurrence.
