Landscaping of Municipal Owned Properties and Public Parks

The City of Lambertville is soliciting for proposals for landscaping services for all of the City owned properties. All activity is to be conducted between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday: MUNICIPAL OFFICES: * Police Department, 349 N. Union Street, Lambertville * Justice Center, 25 S. Union Street, Lambertville * Library, 1 Lily Street, Lambertville * City Hall, 18 York Street, Lambertville * Closson Property, 260 N. Main Street, Lambertville (in process of acquiring) MUNICIPAL PARKS * Ely Field located on Main Street between Jefferson and Buttonwood Streets * Cavallo Park located on Mount Hope Street next to the D R Canal Commission * North Union Street Park, located at the corner of North Union and Cherry Street * Mary Sheridan Park, located at the corner of George and York Street * Arnett Park, located on Connaught Hill * Closson Property, 260 North Main Street (in the process of acquiring).
