Description

The work generally consists of the installation of a positive ventilation system for the Gertrude E. Chamberlin Elementary School. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: selective demolition, installation of new ventilation systems to serve all classroom spaces, closure and infill of the unit ventilator openings in the facade, miscellaneous mechanical and electrical work, and potential removal of regulated materials.
