| Description | Two main items will be addressed at each school with this renovation. The first item shall resolve redundancy and capacity issues through the design of 100% redundant chillers and pumps to replace existing equipment. This will include adding a piping connection for a temporary chiller. A new fence will replace the existing in each mechanical yard. The second item shall resolve minimal courtyard lighting issues through the addition of LED lighting fixtures mounted on the canopy. This will include the removal of the existing solar lights and poles in the courtyard. | ||||
