| Description | General description of the primary work elements is listed below for reference. Contractor is responsible for reviewing all the drawings and specifications to obtain a complete understanding of the entire work scope. This contract includes all work indicated on the project documents, including but not limited to: General Conditions and Division 1 requirements, conditioning, exhaust and ventilation to support the new Visitor Center. Heating is provided through hydronic radiant heating at the ground floor (slab and framed construction) and through hydronic unit heaters at the basement. Cooling is provided by Heat pump split systems in the Offices and Learning Room, only. See drawing series M and the EN sheets 001, 003.004, 005, 006.007. |
