| Description | The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, material, equipment, supplies, vehicles, and other items and services necessary to perform collection and disposal of refuse, to include bulk waste, at the Joint Ambulatory Care Center (JACC), Pensacola FL. This work shall be performed using commercial industry practices in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, in addition to the contract requirements addressed in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Performance Requirements Summary (PRS). Furthermore, all work shall comply with all applicable OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines. The Contractor is encouraged and expected to use innovative approaches to efficiently and effectively accomplish all contract work. | ||
