On-Call Plumbing Services for Headquarters, Central Laboratory, and 13th Street Facilities

Online Bidding: Available The Contractor will provide plumbing services, including emergency plumbing repairs, at Owner's headquarters (260 W. Seeboth Street, Milwaukee, WI 53204), Central Laboratory building (250 W. Seeboth Street, Milwaukee, WI 53204), and 13th Street facility (6060 S. 13th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53221) on an as-needed basis, as requested by the District, beginning January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2024. The services may include, but are not limited to: o Repair, replacement and removal of faucets, toilets, urinals, garbage disposals, and piping. o Installation and repair of water fountains and sinks o Elimination of clogs drains, toilets, urinals, and sinks o Maintenance of water spigots and hot water heaters o Perform annual testing of the backflow preventors and replace any failed preventors o Testing services on all plumbing services and components o Address additional plumbing related issues as they arise and the services necessary to insure safe, well-maintained influent, effluent, and closed loop systems for employees and the public.
