Smithland Athletic Complex Development - P&R 24-5 - City of Harrisonburg

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field. The Comprehensive Master Plan for Parks and Recreation completed in 2003 and updated in 2013, recommends that the Smithland Road Property be fully developed per the Smithland Road Park Master Plan, completed in 2004.
